We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to help us provide outstanding service to homeowners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering and educating homeowners about their cabinet options without being pushy.

We’re looking for someone who can maintain communication with existing customers and meet with potential buyers to generate leads and build relationships.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Be knowledgeable about our cabinet, countertop, and design services
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
• Answer questions about the products
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to build relationships
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ year sales experience

Responsibilities and Duties:

Prep surfaces of wood, MDF, and HDF prior to finish

Communicate effectively with team members of job readiness 

Read cabinet drawings to ensure all parts have been properly sanded and labeled

Time management, utilize company scheduling system to ensure sanding stays on track

Ensuring sanding standards are met to the highest standard 

Cross train as needed to better understand sanding area and help us remain agile

Duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Great attitude, willing to learn and be adaptable

Maintain workplace safety & cleanliness

Willing to create and follow standard work processes

No experience necessary as we will train the right person

Use of basic shop equipment

Able to lift cabinet components

Knowledge of sandpaper grits 

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting

Able to stand for long periods of time 

Ability to lift 5- 50 lbs
